Our flexfit custom youth hats are made with Pacific Headwear hats. They are a high quality, flexfit trucker style hats.
We carry size XS (6 3/8 – 6 7/8). Depending on your child’s head size, these hats fit ages 2-9 years old. On average, they should fit most 4-7 year olds.
The leather patches are made from high quality, genuine Herman Oak leather. We can engrave whatever you’d like on them– your logo, name, cattle brand, monogram, you name it! Just upload a high resolution picture of what you’d like engraved on them.

If you don’t have a digital version of your cattle brand, please upload a picture of it and we will digitize it for you.
For orders of 6+ hats with the same patch, please contact us to place the order for a bulk order discount.
