How much do you charge for shipping?
All orders have a flat rate shipping price of $7.99.
Can I return my purchase?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us! We want you to love everything that we make for you 🙂
All purchases of custom made products are final sale and there will
be no returns or refunds of any kind. For any other purchases that you
would like to return, please contact us within 14 days of your items delivery. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges.
Do you do any other kind of custom orders that are not listed on your site?

Do your earrings have the print on both sides? What kind of hardware do you use for your earrings?
Our earrings are made out of genuine leather which has a top
(smooth) side and a bottom (suede) side. The printing or embossing on
the leather is only on the top side.
We use high quality 304 stainless steel hardware for our earrings. It
is not nickle-free, but it is considered hypoallergenic! It is the best
hardware that we have found and loved. Our “sensitive ear” customers
have loved it, too! Most of our earrings have kidney hooks on them.
